Instructional Design
Online and blended learning offer intentional and customizable learning environments, but creating a meaningful experience can be challenging. Educators must proactively create authentic and engaging learning experiences that give students choice, ownership, and voice.
Designing and developing a teaching project may seem simple for a teacher, but it involves specific skills that we must consider. Focusing on the curriculum and standards students must meet is crucial, considering their individual and group needs. My experience working with children as young as preschool has taught me many lessons. I am passionate about teaching math to preschool students and am proud to showcase the effectiveness and structure of my innovation plan in this task. My proposal focuses on teaching math to young students through blended learning with rotating stations.
