LEARNING
Manifesto
Manifesto \man-uh-FESS-toh\ noun. : a written statement that publicly declares the intentions, motives, or views of its issuer. What do you want to do in the learning process?

Beyond a simple definition, there are endless reasons, questions, statements, intentions, and even frustrations when we ask ourselves: What is my learning manifesto?

A manifesto represents one's personal and professional beliefs. It is essential to believe in oneself, in the work and dedication carried out. In life, we are constantly learning and growing, not only in negative moments but also in positive ones. We must take advantage of each day as an opportunity to learn and advance on our personal and professional paths. Belief is when we consider something true, even if we cannot fully prove it. The Learning Manifesto involves our beliefs and values as individuals, while the Growth Mindset promotes positivity and progress. Once these two concepts are combined, achieving one's goals and ideals can be challenging due to personal and social struggles, but the power of "yet" is helpful. If it cannot achieved now, it can be achieved tomorrow with dedication and effort. This is similar to a chain of events that leads to the same path: learning.
What am I passionate about?

My passion for education arises from the contribution that educators make in the classrooms and in students' professional trajectories.
I have developed a deep connection with my students and care about their educational well-being, from minor to largest achievements. It gives me immense satisfaction and enthusiasm to continue preparing to be a better teacher.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to encounter many different personalities with different abilities, each with unique characteristics that have helped me better understand human behavior, particularly in children.

False Belief: Improper
utilization of technology.

Technology has transformed our lives forever. Technology misused without purpose, limits, and control can be a disaster for education and any other use. The misuse of technology in classrooms is a major problem, with students spending all day playing on tablets instead of engaging in meaningful learning. While there are many resources available to teachers, it is important to find appropriate tools that keep students engaged and motivated while still achieving the intended learning outcomes. Teachers must be trained to use technology effectively in the classroom and avoid these bad teaching practices.
When teachers and leaders understand the importance of its implementation and management and convey this responsibility to parents and students, the results can genuinely revolutionize the learning system. I love teaching and strive to make a positive impact on my students every day. Devotion to education is crucial, and I encourage those who dedicate themselves to teaching to do so with enthusiasm and affection.
Right and wrong

Standardized education, standardized tests, and the entire educational system in which budgets are established based on the number of A's obtained is wrong; basing it on the student's performance only with the results of their exams and not considering them as independent beings with unique and unrepeatable characteristics, skills and challenges and trying to ensure that they meet the required standards is to mutilate their free way of thinking and, above all, their learning process is diminished, since not every student stands out for their results on an exam, Developing comprehensive learning must be a priority. A young brain allows so much information to be introduced that it is a total waste to make it fit into a defined standard.

The good news is that we are a new generation of teachers convinced that it is worth changing paradigms and taking advantage of our resources to transform the way we teach. Teachers and leaders who return to the classrooms to unlearn and relearn and thus apply the best paths for our students.
Core beliefs
When it comes to my core beliefs, I am a teacher who enjoys implementing innovative activities that involve technology. We can expect a bright and promising future thanks to the incredible technological advances that we are witnessing; if digital tools are used correctly and for educational purposes, students can achieve significant learning.

I don't rule out traditional learning methods because they have many positive aspects. Still, in a constantly changing society, it is essential to address the emerging needs of this new era. That's why I enjoy the concept of Blended Learning, which combines old and new school methods. I appreciate your flexibility and the priority you place on learning.

In conclusion, being a teacher in this new era requires great work and commitment. We must educate our students with love and patience, keeping in mind the ultimate objective, which is student learning, maintaining a relationship, and trust; it is easy to implement new methods within the classroom. Students feel part of the project and assume their position not as students who receive orders but as essential actors within the general objective of the entire class.

Providing quality education focused on self-learning, transforming, and impacting the lives of my students is my most important professional and personal goal to improve education and mold the adults of tomorrow. However, we cannot carry out this task alone, and we need to work as a team. We can achieve positive changes, see the fruits of our efforts, and teach our students that by working as a team, we can be more creative and innovative in our projects.

Learning is something you choose to do.
