Manifesto \man-uh-FESS-toh\ noun. : a written statement that publicly declares the intentions, motives, or views of its issuer. What do you want to do in the learning process?
Beyond a simple definition, there are endless reasons, questions, statements, intentions, and even frustrations when we ask ourselves: What is my learning manifesto?
A manifesto represents one's personal and professional beliefs. It is essential to believe in ourselves, in the work and dedication carried out. In life, we are constantly learning and grow, not only in negative moments but also in positive ones. We must take advantage of each day as an opportunity to learn and advance on our personal and professional paths. Belief is when we consider something true, even if we cannot fully prove it. The Learning Manifesto involves our beliefs and values as individuals, while the Growth Mindset promotes positivity and progress. Once these two concepts are combined, achieving one's goals and ideals can be challenging due to personal and social struggles, but the power of "yet" is helpful. If it cannot achieved now, it can be achieved tomorrow with dedication and effort. This is similar to a chain of events that leads to the same path: learning.
