We have knowledge of human nature, too; we are humans, after all, and of course, it is incredibly important to be able to get the word out. I love to help others, and I especially like it when people come across my e-portfolio or other readings of mine seeking information to help them on their student journey or wherever else they are as students or educators. You can reach a far broader audience by doing so with the power available to today's writer, which wasn't accessible when I first began.

My Innovative proposal is to teach mathematics through blended learning. The main topic I want to discuss is "Growth Mindset and Technology: Ensuring Success in Learning Mathematics Among Young Children."

Google's suite of digital tools, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets, has been tremendously helpful for me in connecting with my colleagues. Additionally, platforms like Zoom have made it much easier for me to navigate my master's degree program, as well as my personal and professional endeavors.

Frankly, there is always scope of improvement with such fast pace technological advancements. There always appears to be new, and way much cooler tools coming out, And we must know the latest and greatest tools that there are. We must understand this new era in which our students are growing up and adapt accordingly. Otherwise, we will be left behind to fade into oblivion.
