Action research is an approach that helps teachers improve their classrooms and their professional development according to their needs. The results can be pretty cool when combining traditional methods with action research. It allows teachers to identify what's wrong and tailor development to their needs to achieve better student outcomes. The best thing about action research is that it's not a competition against colleagues but a way to hold ourselves accountable and solve problems.

In my professional opinion, the Planning Stage is a critical and challenging phase of any project. It encompasses various steps that demand significant efforts, such as researching relevant literature and identifying the problem that needs to be solved. It can be challenging to recognize our errors during this phase, and therefore, it may require additional time and effort to analyze our work thoroughly. Developing a research plan is also a time-consuming task that requires advanced skills and expertise from the team. In essence, the Planning Stage demands utmost dedication and attention to detail to ensure the success of any project.

Traditional research typically follows a specific method for finding answers, employs qualitative methods, and involves non-experimental research. It uses various design methods to enhance the research process. However, Action Research is distinct. It aligns with our reflection on teaching, merges theory with practice to strengthen it, and is focused on improving the school as a whole rather than just a single classroom. It empowers teachers to grow professionally and implement social justice advocacy, making it a powerful tool for improving education.

I am determined to tackle the first stage of my work, which is the toughest and most time-consuming. Identifying areas of improvement can be tricky, but I am confident in my ability to recognize my mistakes and challenges. Action Research is a powerful motivator, driving me to reflect on my work as an educator and make the necessary improvements to enhance my students' academic success. I am not just teaching to fill hours but with a clear purpose and objectives. I am fully aware of where I am headed and where I want to go, and I have set clear goals that will undoubtedly lead to my success.
