Communicating a vision for change

Innovation is a process that involves a change in teaching, adapting new ideas to provide students with more effective and meaningful educational experiences. 

The innovative teacher who will lead the change will be what John Kotter mentions, “communicating a vision of the path”, which implies more than simply transmitting linear information from top to bottom, where there is clarity and understanding of ideas, it is about inspiring, motivating and ensuring that the vision becomes a central element of the organizational culture, allowing participation and feedback, allowing my students to embrace  their creativity and possibly seek other positions along the way.
