Influencer strategy

 Undoubtedly, influencing is one of the top things people do if they are leaders. Leadership is simply about guiding and inspiring people to understand, engage with, or contribute towards a shared goal. Excellent leaders bring about change not at the behest of a conduit to them by something bigger but because they have each heart and mind open enough to make all aware naturally. They associate with poised people who act from the heart and work toward positive solutions. As you inspire others, light bulbs will go off in their mind, becoming connected to the same engine they all work for.

To re-create the learning environment, we must be willing to shift some things so that even though a new thing is causing us more tension and unwillingness, we let it come on board. So, making the work environment for kids is very important, and they should come to school happily with no fear.

I would like not to be so codependent, which is especially hard when you have kids. A preschooler needs help getting around! I prefer to treat them as if they can still do things, albeit from an age-appropriate perspective, and not let boundaries created due to arbitrary markers hold them down. Teamwork is another thing that needs to improve. This is not an issue; teamwork could have been much better. That includes dedication to work on something and striving towards some goal.

A behavioral component of leadership that should be embedded in a leader is that the Leader has to encourage and motivate other team members who work towards the same goal or are stronger.
