My innovation plan focuses on managing the cultural aspects of organizational change in the context of the "Disruptive Innovation" subject. During my "Leading Organizational Change studies," I formulated a 4DX plan, the basis for the innovation implementation strategy. Additionally, using reverse design methods, I developed innovative learning improvement plans for my learning environment while taking the course "Creating Meaningful Learning Environments." I am working on creating an action research plan to evaluate the effectiveness of my innovation plan. This approach involves teachers collaborating and discussing their ideas and concerns about their students, allowing us to engage in collective problem-solving and better understand our class. The knowledge acquired in this process is then applied to improve our teaching practices.
