Final Draft
& Compilation
Final Draft and Compilation Post After feedback from my peers and the review and editing process, I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge. Throughout the Resources in Digital Environments course, the different assignments allowed me to deepen the implementation process of my proposed innovation plan that aims to significantly benefit early childhood students at Booker Elementary by teaching them the math rotation system and blended learning.

The first step I took when I embarked on this journey was to develop a publication outline. This process allowed me to refine my ideas and think about the intended audience. I have to say that I struggled with this step. I believe I am a big idea person who, most of the time, thinks about details last. I had not thought about publishing my ideas before, so it took me some time to develop a coherent outline with a clear direction. I researched some of the agencies that would publish posts from educators, like me, who wanted to share what had been implemented in their classrooms.
I pre-selected three sites where I planned on submitting my publication. This step helped me when writing my draft because I had a clear goal and audience.

1-.Edutopia: This platform supports educators with practical advice, personalized content, and unlimited access to resources that promote student voice, inclusion, and engagement. It explores evidence-based strategies to improve academic outcomes, such as gamified learning.

2-. eLearn Magazine: This resource helps educators integrate technology into teaching and learning, fosters a community for collaboration, and covers various toping to improve teaching skills.

3-. Educational Technology and Mobile Learning: Mobile learning is a popular choice due to its accessibility, cost-effectiveness, engagement, collaboration, and alignment with modern technology.

4-.TeacherTube: It is an educational platform that allows educators to share instructional videos and resources. It also helps with content management, parent-teachers communication, file uploads, and video groups. It is useful for teachers who want to learn from each other and share resources. The platform is easy to use offers practical features to facilities flipped classes.
Another piece that helped a lot was the class discussions regarding digital tools in digital environments and perusing and sharing publications. I realized that I was not the only one who felt vulnerable when sharing their work.

Once the outline was created, I started developing my first draft and final draft to refine my publication post, I engaged in a feedforward loop with all my partners and teachers. Each participant posted the rough draft and requested feedback using the assessment rubric. When I received the feedforward, I “listened” to it carefully. Writing is a process that never ends, which means that something can always be changed. My main goal was for my peers to hear my “voice” and for the article to be coherent and meaningful to most educators.

The feedforward allowed me to see different perspectives and adjust my writing piece to the intended audience. In addition, the course pushed me to step out of my comfort zone by creating a media pitch for my publication. I have to say that I see myself as an introvert. However, the media project allowed me to dig deeper into my WHY and share it with others. I tried different tools to create the media pitch, and the goal was to present my ideas to influence others positively.

The "Innovative Classroom" becomes a platform for sharing our experiences and learnings. Each episode focuses on a different aspect of blended learning and how it can be implemented effectively in the classroom. We discuss case studies and offer practical advice to inspire and support other educators on their path to educational innovation from our own experiences. I have improved my blog post, and resources to digital environments topics, and have created posts that not only document my learning but can help others implement some of the strategies that I am learning.

Through this podcast, we want to foster a learning community and collaboration between educators, parents, and everyone interested in improving education. By sharing our stories and strategies, we can significantly contribute to the transformation of classrooms and, ultimately, the success of our students.
Moreover, I must present electronic portfolios that integrate my work and team. These portfolios enable us to publish our articles and locate similar academic content, which can be added.
