Welcome to my Innovation Proposal
Dear readers. I am thrilled to share with you, my innovative proposal regarding teaching through blended learning. To provide you with a better understanding of my work, I have included a Video where I explain my approach and reasoning. Additionally, I have attached a Proposal Letter addressed to the educational authorities of my school district, along with a Literature Review that supports my research. Innovation Proposal Letter
​As educators, it's our duty to prepare future professionals and nurture their development. To meet the needs of students, I propose an innovative approach to learning through a Blended Learning in rotation, method that emphasizes life skills development through technology.
​Innovation Proposal Literature Review
It is essential to have a solid foundation for our work; that is where the literature review comes into play. This allows us to draw information from various experts in the field and apply it to our work. In addition, it helps improve our writing skills, cognitive processes and encourages a love of reading. It also fosters critical thinking skills, stimulates creativity, and broadens our knowledge in general, ultimately helping us to better understand and interpret reality.
Implementation Outline
Bailey, J., & Martin, N. (2013). The implementation guide for blended learning pertains to the Implementation of blended learning is about bringing to life fundamental shifts in teaching and learning. The goal is to personalize learning using modern technology and expand learning opportunities in the context of the Common Core and other emerging standards and technology requirements. School and district leaders need to lead a community conversation that results in decisions on strategy, model, platform, device, and staffing. The Implementation guide is designed to help leaders create the conditions for success in planning, implementing, and evaluating their blended learning efforts.
